PTA Holiday Cookie Sale with Sweeney’s Bakery in Schuylerville

Keep your eye out for information coming home this week about this yummy fundraiser of assorted cookies packaged in beautiful boxes!

PTA Arts in Ed - Tuesday December 12th (2nd Grade)

Second graders will be going to see the live theatrical performance of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol put on by Home Made Theater at the Spa Little Theater in Spa State Park.  If your child is so inclined, have them dress up to go to the theater.

PTA Gift Market - Wednesday December 13th

On December 13, your child(ren) will have the opportunity to shop for gifts for

family members (price range .25 - $6.50 per item) at a time set by teachers

during the school day with their class. This is not a fundraiser for the PTA but a service provided to students and families. Labels will be sent home closer to the event! Snow date will be December 20th. This is going to be FUN!

School Dress Up Day - Thursday December 14th

Dress up on Thursday 12/14! Everyone wear your fancies!

PTA Chess Club - Thursday December 14th

Morning Chess Club will be held on Thursday 12/14 at 8:10am! Beginners and advanced are welcome! No sign-up necessary. Just show up!

School Winter Concert (4th&5th Grades) - Thursday December 14th

Please join us for the musical stylings of the 4th & 5th Grades during their Winter Concert on 12/14 at 6:00pm! Snow date 12/19.

PTA Pilates with a Purpose - December 16th

Come do "Pilates with a Purpose" at Reform Studio located at 18 Division Street, Suite 203 on Saturday 12/16 from 10-11:00am for a morning of fitness and fun! There is no fee for the class but a donation is requested. All donations received during "Pilates with a Purpose" will be given to the Division Street School PTA!

School Holiday Sing Along - December 22nd

The kids will participate in a Holiday Sing Along on on 12/22. Stay tuned for details about when!

Kindergarten Lunch Helpers for the School

The Kindergarten teachers at school are looking for parent/adult assistance for our little kindergarten friends with help getting through the lunch line on Fridays, when over half of our students buy lunch.  More information in the link! Click here to be a Kindergarten Lunch Helper!

Laurie Berkner Concert! - Saturday April 21st

We want to give a shout out to our friends at the Beagle School who donated two tickets to Laurie Berkner's April show for Family Brain Games Night in November! Laurie Berkner is awesome! Maple Avenue Parent Network (MAPN)

A new parent group has formed at Maple Avenue Middle School from a grassroots effort to enhance communication between parents and the school! We are so pleased to hear this and will let you know more detailed information as it becomes available to the elementary parent groups.
